    => #hotot ?

  2. postblue postblue

    Yeah, #hotot won't work. You've to select one of the "new" clients, the web ui or hope one of the "old guard" clients gets updated.

    #Choqok or #hotot , #gwibber what to choose?

    Why is there no real client for #statusnet? #hotot is ok, but as every client it's made for twitter & just "supports" #identica.

  9. ⒿⓅⓄⓅⒺ ⒿⓅⓄⓅⒺ dper

    @dper Yeah, looks like it has plenty of proxy options. I generally don’t need it but that’s one reason I use #hotot. ;)

    @johnnynull Think I still prefer #hotot though. That multi-column layout is great.

  11. ⒿⓅⓄⓅⒺ ⒿⓅⓄⓅⒺ rscadding

    @rscadding There is a QT/KDE side to #hotot. On Arch I istalled it w/the hotot-kde package. Not certain how it’s setup for Debian/Ubuntu.

    Thanks. :D #Choqok is too much #KDE for me, but I'll try #Hotot as soon as it is in the repository. :)

    @rscadding Also, #hotot is my current favorite client. Works quite well, multi-column, cross platform and supports using a proxy.

    Hmm. Seems that the mentions tab in #hotot is currently broken. :/

    @lstench My #hotot install has three links hotot-kde, hotot-qt and hotot-gtk3. I can run the kde with one account and the gtk with another.
